November

Hi all – and thanks for coming to the last book group. I am sorry it was not such a well received book, although maybe it made us want to dance? Or at least Alfie, surely the most intellectual dog on the planet. I think it’s the beard.
Re next group – it coincides ( or clashes depends on yr PoV) with the event in Newcastle where Kapka discusses her book. I was wondering if we could go to this? Durham lot are keen – there is a tango demo. If you don’t want to go, I may bring the next meeting forward by a week to fit everything in, or maybe do a Tues instead? Will see what most of you say.
Haven’t started Patrick yet but looking forward to it a lot. I am currently feeling like a slave but not to solitude. It’s more that I have traded my daylight for a career.

Hi – not really bothered with the dance event but happy if people want to bring it forward a week. Can’t do the Tuesday (4th) but don’t let that stop the rest of you.
